Cheng Kay-Ying

Welcome to the unique Kung Fu school of Cheng Kay-Ying (Sifu Tommy), a master of numerous styles including Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Choy Lee Fatt, Muy Thai Boxing, and Judo.

Sifu Tommy is also a practitioner of an effective Kung Fu style known as Yee Chuen Do, which he personally developed over the course of 50 years using an ongoing scientific process of practical refinements.

Among his extensive repertoire of achievements, Sifu Tommy is master of Chi Kung (also referred to as qigong), a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for excercise, healing, and meditation that dates back more than 4,000 years. The added focus and awareness acquired by this practice greatly enhances fighting ability and is applicable throughout every style taught by Sifu Tommy.
